Our biggest annual fundraiser is our Concession Stand at the Appalachian Fair, which takes place every August. Here we create and serve such food delicacies as BBQ Sandwiches, BBQ Platters with beans and slaw, Hot Dogs, Baked Potatoes, Hay Stacks, Melon Bowls, and Desserts! Our desserts are unlike any others at the fair! For dessert we serve Cobblers with or without ice cream, Hot Fudge Sundaes, and Hot Fudge Cake. Our concession stand has been described as the best at the fair, and we draw repeat customers every year to see what we have on our menu.
